Polarizers are used for the analysis and production of defined polarized light conditions. We offer polarizers based upon dichroic polymerfilm. These are a value for money large format alternative to other optical polarizers.
The applications for the product, either as a plastic laminate or mounted between glass, are as follows:
- Anti-reflective screens for displays
- Continously variable reduction of light
- For the production of reflection free images and increased contrast in colour and b/w photography and in photographic reproduction
- Picture separation for use in stereoscopic pictures, 3D projectors and glasses
- Stress analysis of transparent materials in the glass and plastic industries
- The study of optically sensitive materials and polarizing microscopes
